Currently

The last few weeks I have been doing a "Currently" post.  It is fun for me to think about my week. To open up, and show bits and pieces of my daily thoughts, and life.  I'm linking up with Becky from Choose Happy.

Traveling...Short road trip with this silly kiddos to teach an "Intro to Essential Oils" Class yesterday.

Enjoying...Baby girl was enjoying the macaroons I made!!!

Progress....Wood chips were laid under the wicker furniture in the front yard.  

Baseball....My oldest in his game last week.  

Tball, he is such a character!

UGH....can I have an UGH section!  Sunday afternoon a section on our entry ceiling came down and took down part of the picture.  The joys of living in a old farm house with lathe and plaster.  I'm sure this will end up being a much bigger project then we wanted!  Nothing like old plaster dust going everywhere in the house!!!!!!!

Currently...Father's Day

The last few weeks I have been doing a "Currently" post.  It is fun for me to think about my week. To open up, and show bits and pieces of my daily thoughts, and life.  I'm linking up with Becky from Choose Happy.

Father's Day....Normally we don't do much for Father's Day.  This year my hubby was coloring in the morning with the kids and I caught a picture of him without him knowing.  I couldn't of picked a better daddy for these kiddos!

Local Adventure....To give my hubby some time alone to get a few things done I took the kids and meet my parents at the local cave to go on a tour.

Amazed....To see a picture of my mother in law in comparison to my youngest.

Baseball....My evenings are filled with baseball 4 night out of the week.  Between my oldest practice, games, tball, and rag ball.  

Project....Perennial  flower bed in the front yard is my ongoing project for years to come!  Last week I took the old wicker set and put it out there.  Next step for this year is to add wood chips.  Then the plan is to add more plants each year.

Enjoying...Date night!  Our anniversary isn't until July but my parents gifted us with concert tickets to see Sweet Water Revival and Talley Trio Saturday night on the beautiful Bethel College campus.  

Loving....This beautiful summer weather that has come to enjoy some park time.

Wondering....Where has the time gone.  These two just finished off 4th and 1st grade!  Next year I will have 3 in school, 5th, 2nd and 4K!!!!!!!

Laughing....Kids special at church.  It is so much fun to see them want to do a special and to really get into.  I think the harmonic player kind of stole the show though!!!!!

Outside

In the summer, we tend to spend a lot of time outside.  Sadly maybe not enough since I have a hard time keeping ahead of weeds, etc.  I'm trying to slowly add perennials so I don't have to worry about as much outside.  It's a long, hard job!   Here is a few pictures of things that have worked for us.

Still trying to figure out what I want to do with the old wooden ladder.  I love the look with an old wash bucket that I haven't gotten flowers for yet this year.  Eventually it will all come together.

Planting.... Flowers, this year I am not sure I will get a my vegetable garden in.  So I took the time Friday to go buy some flowers for a few planters by the house.

Starting.... My 30 day cleanse starts today with some team members.  Excited to start feeling more energy again!

Organizing... My new organizer came the other day in the mail.  

Funny how each kid having their own column in my organizer makes me excited!

Feeling... Exhausted!  May was a insanely busy month.  June looks busy with baseball, 4H, etc but thankfully not quite as busy as May was!!!!!
