Airplane Cake

Today I am getting ready for next birthday party at our house and realized I never posted how I made the airplane cake I made MONTHS ago for a very good friend of ours.  My hubby asked me to make him an airplane cake and this is how it ended up!!!!!

The original plan he found me was HUGE!!! It took 3 sheets of cake and after really looking at it I found I didn't have a container big enough to keep the cake fresh for 24 hours.  So...I improved and came up with my own plan.

Fun little airplane.
